Joe Rise of Cobra is a movie based on the children’s cartoon G.I. Joe.  It is about a bad guy named Destro and he tries to destroy the world using M.A.R.S technology and metal eating nanomites.  A special operation called G.I. Joe has to stop Cobra.  G.I. Joe consists of many people but the most important people are Duke, Ripcord, Scarlett, Heavy Duty, Hawk, Breaker and last but best Snake Eyes.  Cobra consists of Destro who has a big story behind, Cobra which has an extremely important background, Baraness which has a big story behind also and the most awesome guy of them all Storm Shadow which has a story that intertwines with his so called “brother” Snake Eyes’ story.  Overall G.I. Joe was rated buy the young 5 out of 5.  So if your young, old, poor, rich, humid, cold, retarded, smart, gay or staight you should watch this movie.
